Processing Time

Parcels are usually sent within 48 business hours after order is received. Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays are not included in this time frame and the difference in international time zones should also be considered.

Postage Providers

Our delivery services are either provided either by courier or Australia Post depending on the most economical service available at the time. Anything sent via AusPost comes as standard postage and includes tracking, even for smaller standard items. For parcels over $100 signature on delivery is provided to ensure extra protection for all parties involved.

Delivery Issues

Should there be any unforeseen delays or issues with postage we will attempt to contact you, usually through phone numbers if provided otherwise we will email you to give you an update.
